Siren is a sweet, affectionate, typical velcro GSP, 8 years old and a very good girl.

She can be left home alone inside or outside with no troublemaking, obediently goes to her “house” (kennel), and is happy to sleep there during the night or cuddled with you in bed, your choice.

She is a little shy when she meets new people out and about, but warms up quickly. She doesn’t approach people or dogs when out, and is very happy to accompany you to outside locations and be very good (unless she sees a squirrel, in which case she gets very excited!). She walks on a leash but does pull some. Her prong collar helps. She also does fine in the car and is happy to jump in to “go.”

She gets along well with my son’s male GSP, but not really too much with other dogs it doesn’t seem like. She likes people a lot, but not babies or toddlers. They are too unpredictable for her.

She is just as happy to run around outside as she is to lay in the sun on the deck or to be cuddled up with you on the couch (loves to be under a throw blanket!).

She loves to swim so if you have access to a pool or take her to the river or a lake or the coast, you will see her as her happiest, best self.

Siren gets a lot of activity in her big backyard right now and especially loves to fetch the ball. You will probably tire of this long before her. She loves other toys, too, and loves to d-stuff soft toys!
